A 24-plot residential development at Drighlington for Purehaus, comprising 3-4 storey timber-framed houses. The project required all 24 structures to be scaffolded simultaneously and maintained over a 4-5 month construction programme - a significant coordination and crew-depth challenge, with access needing to keep pace with the build across the entire site at once.
SSG Scaffolding planned and delivered access scaffolding across all 24 plots in parallel, designed for 3-4 storey timber-frame construction and sequenced to support the build programme from first lift through to strike. Statutory weekly inspection and full RAMS were maintained across the site throughout the 4-5 month duration.
